Languages

Kyonote is not an English app with translations bolted on. It ships in 26 languages, each written in its own script — Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Danish, Dutch, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

How it works

Open You → Settings → Language and pick one. Every screen, button, empty state and error message follows immediately. Nothing is left in English behind the scenes.

How to actually use it

  • Your notes stay in their own language. Changing the app's language changes the app, not your files.
  • Right-to-left is real. Arabic lays the whole interface out right-to-left, not just the text.
  • If a word reads oddly, tell us. Every string is translated by hand, so a bad one is a bug we can fix.
